What is the purpose of this initiative?

The aim of this initiative is to publicly acknowledge Abengoa suppliers who, through their performance and conduct, have made active contributions to sustainable development.

What are the prize categories?

Two ordinary prizes have been established:

• Small and medium businesses, with under 50 employees.
• Large businesses, with an employee headcount of 50 or more.

Who is eligible to participate?

The contest is open to companies that have provided products or services to Abengoa or an Abengoa subsidiary in any country over the past 24 months and which in the last two years have been carrying out or have completed projects, strategies, initiatives or campaigns geared towards achieving sustainable development and which stand out for their innovation, originality, projection, leadership, strategic vision, scope, methodological effectiveness, social or environmental benefits and dissemination capability.

Please send the questionnaire you will find in the “Participation Form” section to csr@abengoa.com, indicating “2nd edition of the Focus-Abengoa Sustainable business Award” by December 11, 2013.
