Grants program

Abengoa has a comprehensive grants program through which 500 to 600 pupils pass every year. These programs are the result of Abengoa's agreements with some of the most prestigious education establishments around the world.

Every member of the program is allocated a tutor who assigns tasks, supervises your performance and ensures that you acquire knowledge and develop your capabilities. All pupils are integrated into working teams with full responsibility and are provided with all the necessary resources to encourage the practical application of the theoretical knowledge acquired. Selection process

Abengoa's selection processes begin by defining the profile required and the corresponding search in order to subsequently select the ideal candidate for the vacancy.

A selection specialist and the manager of the position are always involved throughout the process. Both of them are responsible for analysing how suitable each candidate is for the vacancy, as well as the candidate's general and technical competencies.

In addition to any interviews, different tests may be carried out to supplement the candidate's information such as language tests, psychometric tests, knowledge assessments, etc.
