The Abengoa Grants Program aims to complete the training of future professionals through the realization of internships in our different units. The program proposes an integration model that allows the intern, monitored by a tutor who supervises their performance, develop and expand knowledge and skills during practice, actively participating in our projects and work teams, assuming responsibilities progressively.
