March 7, 2019 – Abengoa (MCE: ABG/P: SM), an international company that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability in the infrastructures, energy and water sectors, has adhered to the Eje&CON code of good practices for talent management and improvement of company competitiveness.
This code helps Spanish companies which joined it to adopt concrete measures to improve their competitiveness and results, by making “talent without gender" visible. It also contributes to the promotion of measures which make easier women access to top management positions, management committees and boards of directors.
Abengoa has participated in the third Adherence Act of the Eje&CON code of the new committed companies, held on March 7th in Madrid. The meeting has been celebrated around the International Women's Day, so attendees were invited to reflect on the new leadership ways in the 21st century business.
