Decembre 22th, 2022 - Abengoa, the international company that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability in the infrastructure, energy and water sectors, has renewed its signature of the Diversity Charter for the period 2022 - 2024, thus officially certifying its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
This document is the best proof that Abengoa is aligned on the basis of diversity, equality and inclusion criteria in the workplace and, above all, that it is focused on compliance with the 10 European principles in this area, which can be summarized as follows: building a diverse workforce, promoting an inclusive culture, applying unbiased selection and promotion processes, as well as work-life balance policies, recognizing customer diversity, communicating this commitment internally and externally, involving our suppliers and, in short, disseminating good diversity practices and raising awareness at all levels of the company.
Abengoa has always been committed to diversity in all its areas, which is why its business strategy responds to the criteria of equality, respect and non-discrimination set out in its diversity policy. Therefore, in line with the current European standard on equal opportunities and non-discrimination, Abengoa has been signing the Diversity Charter since 2018, so this is its second renewal of this one.
The Diversity Charter is another document that reaffirms that the company places people at the center and that diversity is a key element in its corporate culture.
