Abengoa to Host its 8^th Annual Analyst and Investor Day

• CEO to Ring NASDAQ Closing Bell

March 12, 2014 – Abengoa (MCE: ABG.B/P SM /NASDAQ: ABGB), an international company that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability in the energy and environment sectors, announced today that it will host its 8th Annual Analyst and Investor Day in New York on Thursday, April 3, 2014 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST and in London on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. GMT.

The event in New York will be hosted at the Andaz Hotel, located at 485 5th Avenue, while the event in London will be hosted at the Corinthia Hotel, located at 10 Whitehall Place. Agenda details provided below.

Additionally, Abengoa’s CEO, Manuel Sánchez Ortega, will ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell in a ceremony at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York on Thursday, April 3, 2014, which can be viewed live at the Investor Relations area on Abengoa’s corporate website at www.abengoa.com at 3:45 p.m. EST on Thursday, April 3, 2014.
