On this sense, participants have stressed on the need of incorporating regional markets and of a true involvement of the biggest economies of the world such as USA, China or India that act in parallel as the main emitters of greenhouse gases.

The constant developments on clean technologies, such as the first thermic commercial solar platform using a tower technology was built and is now been operating by Abengoa located in Sanlúcar la Mayor, augur a brilliant future for these markets only affected negatively by the current economic crisis.
