Madrid, June 14th 2007. The Board of Managers of Befesa appointed today Mr. Rafael Escuredo Rodríguez as new independent board advisor. Also he has been appointed member of Audit Committee.

The new adviser was former President of the Junta de Andalucia between 1979 and 1984, has a degree in Law by the Universidad Hispalense, where he has worked as associate professor of Labour Law.
