The contract will be executed under a Joint Venture with the company Martín Casillas, S.L.

The project, elaborated by the architect Francisco Javier Terrados Cepeda, includes the construction of a new administrative building alongside an existing Emasesa work center in the Carretera Amarilla Industrial Estate, in Seville. The constructed surface area will be 8,000 square meters, with three stories above ground level and a further three stories for underground parking.
