CAP Consorcio Ambiental del Plata, a Teyma Uruguay company dedicated to Rubbish Collection and Street Sweeping and Cleaning activities has obtained simultaneous certification of its Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, and Quality Management systems in accordance with the Standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and OSAS 18001:1999. This has been achieved hardly a year after its commencement of activities.

It is the first company in Uruguay to have been certified simultaneously under the three Standards. The certifying body was LATU Sistemas, S.A.
