Dear Sirs:

In compliance with current legislation requiring listed companies to filed updated information, we hereby inform you the Board of Directors in its meeting of 10, December, upon the recommendation of the Appointments and Remuneration Commission has designated Aplicaciones Digitales, S.L. represented by Mr. José B. Terceiro Lomba, as Vice-Chairman of such Board.

The Board also designated Mr . Daniel Villalba Vilá, upon recommendation of the Appointments and Remuneration Commission, as member of this Commission.
