Inabensa Maroc awarded three installation contracts for the project "Mediterranean Saidía Tourist Resort" that FADESA is building in Morocco

Madrid, 29th September 2004 - Instalaciones Inabensa, which belongs to Abeinsa, head of the Business Group of Engineering and Industrial Construction of Abengoa, through its subsidiary company Inabensa Maroc, has been awarded with the contracts of drainage, pumping units, electricity and telephony for the project “Mediterranean Saidía Tourist Resort”.

The project, which the spanish company Fadesa is building, is located 103 kilometres East from Melilla city next to Saidía coast city.

The tourist resort is based in the ambitious project launched by the Alaouita Government known as Azur Plan and which achievement is to reach the figure of ten million of tourists in the year 2010. The project has been located at the beach front six kilometres, and covering an area close to 7.000.000 m2, for its characteristics it will be an international tourist reference for the Mediterranean.

According to Alfonso González, Abeinsa's Chairman “with this work, Inabensa Maroc will have over passed 36 million euros during this year and becomes a head company in installation in Morocco”.

On the other hand, Inabensa, throught its subsidiary, Inabensa Maroc has been awarded last July of three news contracts of rural electrification MV/LV for the Office National de L'Électricité (ONE) in Morocco.

Fadesa is the first independent real estate company in Spain, with more than 30,000 promoted houses. At present, Fadesa have 18 offices throughout Spain, besides those in London, Poland, Portugal and Morocco.
