Observation
(1) With regard to the information published on 1st September 2005 and at the request of the CNMV, the modifications introduced consist of the reclassification of the amount under the heading "Other equity instruments" (including the amount corresponding to Conversion Differences), the heading "Reserves" in section VI Consolidated Comparative Balance, and the inclusion of the information relating to repayments to administrators in section XIV Operations with Affiliated parties (amounting to 2.735 million euros).
