Mr. José B. Terceiro Lomba

Professor of applied economics (Complutense University of Madrid). Member of the board of Grupo Prisa, Unión Fenosa, Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España and Corporación Caixa Galicia. He has been Subsecretary of the Cabinet Office (1981-82) and received the Prizes "CEOE to Economic Sciences" and "King James I to Economics".
