Mr. Miguel Martín Fernández

Miguel Martín Fernández is currently President of the Spanish Banking Association. Formerly he was Deputy Governor of Banco de España and General Manager of Banking Oversight, Subsecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, President of ICO (Official Credit Institute), Subsecretary for the Budget and Public Expenditure and General Manager of the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance. Previously he was Member of the Economic and Financial Committee of the European Union and Member of the Monetary Committee of the European Union, besides he was Official honours awarded "Gran Cruz de la Orden del Mérito Civil".
